How your order gets from our shelf to your door — and when you pay.
We confirm by phone
Within a few hours of your order, we call to confirm your items and address. No confirmation, no charge — nothing ships until you say yes.
Your order goes out
Citywide orders leave the same or next day. Out-of-town orders ship with a tracked courier in 2–3 working days.
You pay at the door
Cash or instant bank transfer when the package is in your hands. Check the seal and the device before the rider leaves.
Delivery windows
Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm. We text a 2-hour window on the morning of delivery.
Coverage
Free citywide delivery over GH₵99; a flat GH₵6 below that. Nationwide courier rates shown at confirmation.
Returns
7 days for unopened items, 30 days for faults under warranty. The rider can collect returns on their next run.
